NO QUESTIONS ASKED RETURN POLICY: You may return unused items sold by CaliEagle within 14 days of delivery for a cost-free exchange or full product refund.

Scenario:

You bought a product, paid for shipping, received the product but would prefer another color or another size and you would like to exchange the product, what happens and what are the costs to you?

Cost to you: 0$. We will pay for shipping both ways (from you to us and back to you): we want you to fully enjoy your pair of Aigle boots! This procedure is valid one time per pair of boots sold (if you want to change a second time, we charge a $15.00 flat fee).

We will reimburse the full product price paid minus the transport costs originally paid. We do not charge transport costs for resending the product to us, Cost to you: $6.00 or $9.00 (these amounts represent the transport cost originally paid, e.g. $6.00 for the Maramu and Bora, $9.00 for other boots).

After 14 days, we charge an additional $15.00 fee for refunds and exhanges on unused items.
